Hi! I’m so excited you’re here.

Let me give you a quick rundown of who you’re dealing with.

I’m less of an overnight success story and more of a “let’s try everything and see what sticks” kinda gal, can you relate? After over a decade of in-person customer service and similarly high-touch vocations, I made the shift to virtual assistance after burning out in Chicago’s fine dining scene.

My former employers said I was too focused on the details and on streamlining systems, so I flipped the switch and turned those strengths into a business. And in 2025, when my wonderful immigrant spouse made the choice to repatriate to Mexico, I masterminded our international move and doubled down, committing to this career full-time.

Here are some unapologetic fun facts you might like to know about me:

  • If I’ve got a question I’m going to find the answer, even if that means pulling out my phone mid-conversation or rewinding because I was buried too deep in an IMDb rabbit-hole to catch the dialogue.

  • Always by my side is my bestie, a pitbull-lab mix named Bobby with terrible allergies and the sweetest face known to mankind. 

  • My secret sauce isn’t perfection, it’s forward motion. I’m all about moving closer to where I want to be and never being too afraid to f*ck around and find out.

  • On the outside, I’m 30-something and opening my laptop in Oaxaca to help clients but internally, I’m still 14 and booting up the desktop computer in my dad’s basement office to play RuneScape and read fan fiction on LiveJournal. 

  • I’m 50% planning & research, 50% wit, & 100% in your corner!
