Hi, I’m Olivia

Multi-Passionate Human & Executive Assistant

Olivia with curly bob hair and a nose ring smiling while standing sideways in front of an old, weathered wall with peeling paint.

Things I would tell you about myself if we sat down together for dinner:

  • I’m the eldest daughter of an eldest daughter of an eldest daughter. I know.

  • My husband came to the US undocumented as a child; meeting him opened my eyes to the injustice of the American immigration system, and moving (back) to Mexico together only solidified my contempt.

  • Someday, I hope we get to be parents. Not quite yet because we’re still getting truly settled both in Oaxaca and as a married couple, but I dream about this potential future.

My Personal Values:

No one is perfect, but if any of these statements make you flinch, we’re probably not a good match:

  • Abolish ICE, support immigrant rights.

  • Free Palestine, Sudan, and Congo.

  • Protect LGBTQIA+ communities.

  • Black Lives Matter.

  • Indigenous sovereignty; land back.

  • Equity, inclusion, accessibility, and dignity for all.

History I bring to the table:

  • A past life as a stage manager and hospitality professional: locked and loaded organizational expertise, preparation for anything, and a great sense of humor if things get off track.

  • My constant curiosity (and borderline obsession with knowing things): the intense focus needed to ask the right questions, and pull clarity out of scattered thoughts.

  • My recent experience moving two people and a dog internationally: impeccable research, managing an intense timeline, and a proactive nature—if I don’t know it, I do my best to figure it out.

Thoughts you might have going through my camera roll:

  • Are these your sisters? They’re beautiful (and tall)

  • Dog flowers food art dog flowers food art dog

  • Oh, a cool mural! And another one, and another—

  • So many screenshots of memes and the weather

  • You take a lot of photos of bugs, huh?
