Hi, I’m Olivia

Multi-Passionate Human & Virtual Support Professional

Things I would tell you about myself if we sat down together for dinner:

  • I’m the eldest daughter of an eldest daughter of an eldest daughter. I know.

  • My husband came to the US undocumented as a child; meeting him opened my eyes to the injustice of the American immigration system, and moving to Mexico together only solidified my contempt.

  • My camera roll is an endless scroll of my dog, flowers and art in Oaxaca, and weird bugs; wanna see?

History I bring to the table:

  • A past life as a stage manager and hospitality professional: locked and loaded organizational expertise, preparation for anything, and a great sense of humor if things happen to get off track.

  • A elevated level of curiosity (and borderline obsession with knowing things): the intense focus needed to ask the right questions and to pull clarity out of scattered thoughts.

  • My recent experience moving two people and a dog internationally: impeccable research, managing an intense timeline, and a proactive nature—if I don’t know how to do it, I do my best to figure it out.

Things to file under Olivia:

Children’s literature • Sunscreen • Perfectly chilled wine

Birkenstocks • Reading parenting books pre-parenthood

Art supplies for too many crafts • Eccentric aunt energy

Olivia has short messy hair and tattoos on her arm, smiling and standing in an outdoor urban area, partially obscured by green leaves and red flowers in the foreground, with colorful graffiti on a wall behind her.

My Personal Values:

  • Abolish ICE, support immigrant rights.

  • Free Palestine, Sudan, and Congo.

  • Protect LGBTQIA+ communities.

  • Black Lives Matter.

  • Indigenous sovereignty; land back.

  • Equity, inclusion, accessibility, and dignity for all.

If any of these statements make you flinch, we’re probably not a good match.
